Ángel Martínez Conde

Director CEEIC – Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Cartagena

Ángel Martínez-Conde García es Ingeniero Industrial, especializado en la rama de Organización Industrial, por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial de Madrid. Posee formación en Análisis Financieros por el Instituto de Empresa de Madrid y en Círculos de Calidad por CROEM.

De 1986 a 1988 ocupó el puesto de Jefe de Compras en la división Pandy de ARTEMUR S.A.. De 1988 a 1991 fue Gerente de SUGENES S.A., empresa de la industria auxiliar naval. De 1991 a 1999 fue Jefe de Proyectos en el Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Cartagena. Desde 1999 hasta la actualidad es Director del Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Cartagena.

Además, ha participado como ponente en el III Congreso COEC Área de Suelo Industrial, como redactor en el II y IV Congreso de COEC Innovación Tecnológica y Gestión del Conocimiento, y como miembro de mesas redondas en la UPCT, Parques Tecnológicos, COEC, AJE, ANCES, FUE, CROEM, ADL, CECLOR y el Ayuntamiento de Cartagena.

Esther Peñalver Ibarra

Directora CEEIM – Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Murcia/Director and Head of International Projects Department at CEEIM

Esther is Spanish and Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. She has several Master Degrees including those in Industrial Design and Business Research, by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Murcia. Her academic background has been developed around Europe, with stays in Norway and Germany. Since 2010 Esther is Responsible of International Projects, where she has increased her experience in entrepreneurship and innovative European projects, as well as projects management and coordination. Since 2017, she is CEEIM Director.

Master degree in european and american post-colonial languages and literature. Expertise in latin america language and literature. Current job: PhD student and researcher in modern languages and literature (University of Verona)

Cincia Basseto

High school diploma in Arts. Expertise in graphic design. Current job: graphic designer – R&D Division Rudy Project S.p.A. (Treviso)

High school diploma as Commercial Technical Expert. Expertise in administration and marketing in the fields of transports (import – export), plastic industry and marketing. Current job: technical employee in TSW Srl (Treviso), a company of digital marketing.

Marta Frisiero

Master degree in architecture. Expertise in architectural design. Current job: free-lance architect

Adriano Garlato

Master degree in Environmental Sciences. Expertise in pedology, soil conservation and bioremediation. Current job: technical employee and consultant – Regional Agency for Environment Protection (ARPAV)

Kapetis Evangelos

Masters of Arts. Applied Linguistics / English Teacher Teaching English in Primary and secondary education and post-secondary education  institutions. Participation in conferences and congresses. Coordinator in Youth and Grundtvig projects and participant in many Comenius projects and Erasmus+ projects. Creator of learning and teaching material both formal and informal learning for traditional and ICT based classroom activities.Participant, as project manager in the projects: “Entrepreneurship – A step to the Future”, “Student Talent Bank”, “iYouth” and “iCAP” all of which are Erasmus+ projects and all of which deal with the development of entrepreneurship into the classroom and into the main stream schools. I am also an active member of the School team that every year organizes the national entrepreneurial competition under the framework of Junior Achievement

Harry Papapanagos

Harry Papapanagos is Professor of Economics in the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies of the University of Macedonia and visiting professor in the Hellenic International University and in the Supreme Joint War College. He is a member of the scientific staff of the Hellenic Open University, founding member and member of the advisory board of the European Economics & Finance Society and scientific coordinator in research projects financed by the European Union. He is publishing in international refereed journals and his articles are presented in international conferences and scientific networks. He served as Vice Rector of the University of Macedonia, Head of the Department of Balkan, Slavic & Oriental Studies and of the Department of Management and Technology of the University of Macedonia. He was a visiting professor in the Command and General Staff College (Department of Psychological Operations) and in the Police Academy. He was advisor of the British House of Lords and economic advisor of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). He served as a senior lecturer at the University of Kent in England, as lecturer at Queen’s University of Belfast in Northern Ireland and as research officer in the BHPS – ESRC research center of the University of Essex in England.
